I am a licensed mental health therapist, and I enjoy helping individuals reach their goals using a personable, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach. Anxiety, stress, relationships, disordered eating, amandaedit-2motivation, focus, and confidence are topics that I help clients with every day. My approach is wholistic in scope, addressing the many facets of life, including physical health and interpersonal relationships as they relate to one’s goals in counseling/consulting. I have been teaching mindfulness techniques for over 15 years and enjoy incorporating these skills and other mind/body techniques with clients, helping them to be more present, aware, and relaxed in their daily lives.

Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, I specifically tailor my approach to the client with upmost respect for one’s stated goals.  To this end, I am able to employ a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
